The messages in your load order are trying to tell you something. 3 files are telling you that they depend on Companion Core.esm and need to be loaded after it in order for them to work. All .esm's should be loaded before any of the .esp's :)

It gets installed into the Fallout 3 folder :) C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3 (if on windows xp). Try that and see if it works for you :)
