I bought membership and the payment cleared through Paypal, but the site still shows I am a supporter. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been having this problem just recently where I cannot access the werewolf perk tree without Skyrim crashing on me. I do have a lot of mods installed, but none of them relate to the werewolf in anyway. I have tried my best to fix the problem, but nothing seems to work. Anyone have any ideas?
