Im having this issue but I never have downloaded or used "no friendly fire mod"

fShadowBiasScale=2 has to be kept at 0.1500 or else the shadow is way off from the character and when I look down half the shadows on my screen disappear but I guess I can just live with the shadows then

thats a binary autodesk file which I used on to rig it,I dont use gamebryo I use gimp to import it along into the game but this model I ripped isnt even setup for any of that yet, I just rigged it without importing any of it to anything else on autodesk

If it is rigged I can put it in game. Or I can guide you through it. its rigged but I couldnt figure out how to import it myself and my computer is having problems showing skyrim files with nifscope, If you can alot of people would appreciate it.
