Hey, I have Installed Fallout 3 and a load of mods with help from the GamerPoets video guide series that he did a few years ago and when I finally start the game up I have a strange glitch with the pipboy where some of it is transparent but most of it is still there. It also seems to move back and forward at the bottom as seen in the gif below I have tried turning off all of my mods and tweaking others and I am still getting this glitch even if I load the game completely vanilla with no mods or patches.
