Is there no solution?

I've been trying to download a mod that changes ashurs power armor now for a week, it seems anything I download that affects ashur's armor, there is bound to be invisible textures or big red squares with these: !. How do I fix this? Here's the mod I'm currently trying to get to work: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10494 My load order is this (I have no idea how load orders work): Fallout3.esm Anchorage.esm C96 Mauser.esp HardManWeapon2.esp All Anchorage Armors Usable.esp ThePitt.esm AshurT51b.esp <--- (The one I'm trying to get to work) Brokensteel.esm Abbreviated Effects.esm PointLookout.esm Zeta.esm RealFragGrenade3.esp DLC05GeneralChasesOvercoatFixed.esp Rockopolisandabondonedtentmapmarker.esp TenpennyResetFix.esp What happens is, when I go into haven I see ashur, his armor is invisible, all but his head, gloves, and a small fraction of the armor (tubes running from the head to the back). Then I go and get the helmet and I'm engulfed with a giant red square and missing my head. I tried searching for solutions, but I can't seem to get anything to work right. The only mods that I have this sort of trouble with are the ones that affect the pitt. Thanks.

Yep, still nothing. EDIT: I'm using fallout mod manager. Is the tailor maid mod FOSE dependant? Nevermind, I got it working. Just my computer acting up. Thanks for the help.

I don't believe I do, is that required for some mods?

It only appears to happen with a few mods, for example, the Tailor Maid mod. Today I downloaded the Tailor Maid mod and installed it properly, just like it said to do in the readme, and when I launched the game and went to check it under data files, it wasn't there. I think that it's a server error, because in the readme it says to extract the textures and meshes files to the data folder, then extract option or normal, but when I opened the file in winrar all I found was the meshes folder and the folder containing option and normal. I assume that for whatever reason I wasn't able to download all the files. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
