I replaced the new Fallout3.exe with the one I had back-upped a while ago and the game launches just fine through FOSE.

I'd love to have the ability to craft recreational terminals. Each terminal would contain one of the games you find throughout the game. Currently there's no option to make anything like this, as your own holotapes get spit out as soon as you exit the terminal.
