the orginal file didnt have a period at all in it at all, i added a ".exe" to the file and i still get the same error :(

im not very tech savvy when it comes to computer files, i just clicked on the one click installer of vortex, and when it tries to install it wont work, the full file name "vortex-1-1-2-16-1591780960" and thats it, what do i add the .exe to?

ive tried to install vortex a total of 10 or so times, each time i get an error where it states "this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. please install an app, or if one is already installed, create an association with the app through the default app settings page." if anyone has any idea how i can resolve this issue please help me out, thanks
