Can anyone know what this hair mod is?

Is there any mod that seperate player meshes with NPC meshes? Cause i want use skeleton race wothout using the clothing and we change it to normal body.. but if the meshes not seperated.. npc body will change to skeleton too! LOL.. thx btw.... :)
