Getting the BEX64 error with f4se 1.13, my game is version is 1.5.157, i can start the game through the launcher, but whenever i try to start it from f4se it crashes.

Beta wave emitter doesn't work on Sanctuary. when i use bend will on a dragon, it lands but the option for riding the dragon does not appear. can can someone suggest a fix
