Can anyone make a mod that makes every mod play Live and Learn, the music that plays during the event quest super shady look-alike? Love much

Someone posted a mod yesterday but it was taken down, I am not sure why, I sent a message but they have yet to respond. I would like someone to take the Prism Spiribirds from the rampages and arena and put them at the start of every map. I am looking into how to use REFramework now so if it isn't fulfilled hopefully I can get a working version up.
