I'm having the same problem! It started with my first character, but I thought that was because I was cheating (tgm) and she got beheaded. But my new character suddenly started doing it just last night! I also can only sometimes hear the sounds that activate when you take something, like ingredients or money. Some of them I hear, but most I don't. I hope this gets addressed soon! EDIT: if you have the game on Steam, go to the game properties menu and click on 'verify local game cache' that fixed my voice problem, but not my items issue. But I'm not too upset about it.
