Finally got it working, had to do a complete reinstall of skyrim but considering my plan was to start a new playthrough it doesn't hurt me that bad. Thank you for the help.

My game has been very stable and crash free, but when I enter the Dragonborn Gallery, added from Legacy of the Dragonborn, my game will sit on the loading screen for a little bit, then CTD. So far this is the only location that has caused the crash.
