  1. @Khorak You're (sadly) right... :P Well, at least we have some great modders who take care of the issue.
  2. Hey... I like long hair and muscles (and Nords as a race, and metal and bikers), but that doesn't mean I find any of the marriageable guys in Skyrim even slightly attractive. At least in vanilla game. Geonox's textures actually help, but I'd really like to marry Ralof or Erik instead (if I'll ever play a female character, that is). Whatever, Bethesda should become aware that there ARE female players someday.
  3. I like most of the races as NPCs, but for some reason I always end up playing Nords, 'cause I think they're the cooler. That's one of the reasons why I really like the game. I'd never, never play an Argonian because I just can't empathize with a lizard. I totally like the Khajiit, but I'd feel weird playing one of them with a cat in my lap. ^^; (Paws off the keyboard, Ronnie!)
  4. Oh yes. People have the right to say it's all crap, fine. But just because I say I like it, I'm a silly fanboy (XD) who doesn't want to see blah blah. Well, I've been playing videogames since the old VIC20 days, so I can live with some flaws. If you can't, you should at least name the Perfect Game you played that didn't have any. Because I never found one, and would really want to give it a try. Sorry, but I think you're all taking it too seriously. It *IS* just a game after all.
  5. Oh please. There will never be anything like a "perfect game", someone will always dislike some parts of it. I'm not praising the developers, I'm just saying Skyrim is good for ME. It has some flaws but none of them is big enough to spoil my fun.
  6. It's so easy guys... You don't like it, play something else. So far, apart from the mages quest being too short, I think it's better than Morrowind (seriously, did you REALLY like the Ashlands and the giant insects? I disliked the setting and HATED all those dunmer) and Oblivion. Its atmosphere is exactly what I wanted to see, something that reminds me of Norse myths. If you think it's "generic European middle-ages", then you should take some history classes. Maybe I'm especially happy because I always play Nords and I totally see them as vikings, I don't know. I played NWN and BG series, but never felt the need to start them again with a new character as I feel with TES games. I couldn't even finish Torment because I absolutely hated the main character - that's what happens when you drop customization in favor of "better storylines". I don't care for background, I can easily imagine one if the setting is good enough (old RPG player and previous Dungeon Master here), but I can't stand pre-made playing characters. They totally spoil my fun.
