@showler I'm quite a newb - how would I check that please and then if that is the issue what should I do to correct it ?

Move over a FO4 modded install including saves to a new PC. Runs OK but each time I start Vortex it loses all but 2 saves games. Have to copy and paste the saves back into the save game folder for Vortex to see them again each time I close the PC down. The saves are not being deleted, they are in the default save folder as well, but for some reason after PC reboot, Vortex only "sees" two save games out of about 200, even though they are there in the save folder. Any ideas for troubleshooting this one folks ?

Hi guys, So I moved a modded FO3 installation that uses Vortex to a new PC. Carefully followed Vortex instructions on Nexus for doing this to the letter. But when I load a save I get a missing mod message and of course very unhelpfully it doesn't say which mod is missing anyone got any idea how to find out and why this might be happening when you move your install to a new PC ?

Hello, I need to move a heavily modded Steam SE installation that uses MO2 with 100s of mods to a new PC. I have struggled to find consistent info on the best way to do this. Some say start from scratch with a new SE download and one mod at a time, some say it's easy and just copy various folders over to the new PC. I am confused as I am by no means an expert modder. Is anyone aware of an idiot's guide to doing this? Surely others have been though this process of moving a heavily modded SE to a new PC at some point ?

Suddenly started getting these weirdly after installing a conversation mod. Took the mod off but I'm left with this glitch now on every save and after PC reboot. Tried installing latest nvidia graphics driver but nohelp. World map has rainbow like lines across it and some textures around blowing snow and waterfalls shows a rainbow appearance and triangle shapes. PC not glitching in any other game. Any ideas ?
