  1. Can't imagine playing without Franks stupidly high quality retextures and weapons. The Ice blade of the monarch in particular is essentially my dragonborns signature weapon, it's irreplaceable.

Thanks for the content Frank, this is most definitely a better place thanks to your work.

  2. He may be a "little" jaded, but he's one of the biggest reasons this game still lives, whether he's fond of that idea or not lol. My life is drab and wretched(kek), and skyrim is one of the few remaining escapes I have left from the garbage world we currently live in. It bothers me that I can't spare any meaningful donation to help(can barely help myself), but for what it's worth, I'm truly grateful.

    Thank you Enaisiaion.

  3. Oldrim has just about everything one can possibly need. Its fate is to fall off slowly like Morrowind and Oblivion. People will always gravitate to and ride the D of the new shiny thing. Even if said new shiny thing is the exact same thing they've played for years, with a new coat of paint slathered over it and new problems of its own.

Unfortunately people will continue to move as SSE pools a larger playerbase due to the consoles and the fact that they hid LE on steam, so anybody getting into this for the first time will now be presented with SSE. Bethesda WANT people on SSE. This is where the creation club, and therefore potential extra profits reside, both for Bethesda and profit-focused creation club aspirant-modders.

  4. Because LE has a far superior ENB, superior mod selection, HDT etc. It's also pretty stable if you practice proper modding and grab the fixes.

SSE has issues of its own that were not/are not present in LE and it's host to the CC which can dismantle your game when Bethesda shits out a big enough update. It can also still crash, stutter, freeze etc like any game running on this now ancient engine.

  5. Umm... wouldn't it just be way easier to just team up with the Beyond Skyrim Cyrodill team, and make rigmor a part of that? and if not are you going to at least make a (probably major) compatibility download for beyond skyrim bruma and beyond skyrim cyrodiil?

No, the Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil team has completely abandoned classic Skyrim, and as far as I'm aware this mod will be for both unless things have changed.

  6. Actually I'm thinking to get back into Skyrim as well and curious about SE stability with mods. I don't own FO4, but my friend who does, has it quite heavily modded and he says that game doesn't crash at all (which I have witnessed myself), but Skyrim LE have been crashing like no tomorrow for us both, even not so heavily modded and we tried every possible fix there was, which only reduced issue but never eliminated it. I bet those crashes weren't mod conflicts but rather memory related. How would you compare FO4 stability to Skyrim SE with mods?

What are your PC specs? And are you on windows 10?

The recent fall creators update removed Vram limitations for DX9 games, so if you have a beefy graphics card and ENBoost, your game shouldn't really be crashing if you mod correctly. For the record FO4 DOES crash every once in a while if you push it, the game itself is also one of Bethesdas least optimized outings in terms of performance and general FPS.
