I've done everything correctly and double checked it a million times. My mods show up in skyrim launcher and they are checked. When I go to create my character the race i got (temptress) isnt there nor the hair mods. does anyone know what may be wrong?

Hi guys. I just got Skyrim and decided to get some mods going on it. I downloaded the temptress race mod along with some hair mods and armour. I did everything correctly. I double checked it a million times. In the data files I see my mods and they are checked. When ever I go into Skyrim and I started the game, the mods weren't there in the race menu. Only the stock options. Does anyone know why they aren't showing up?
