Ok, so there are free horses for the taking all across Skyrim. There is even a video where someone shows you where to get one of thoes free horses. My problem is, once I ride off on this free horse, the moment that I dismount he starts heading back to his camp where I found him. Can any one make a mode that makes them stay put? Please! I would like to collect all the horses that I can. :)

Again these are not stolen horses. There is one near Winterhold that the camp was destroyed by a Hokar. I have seen one where his owner was dead next to him. You take them and when you dismount they go back to that spot.
