Someone should make a Mod For Alternate Start- Live another Life where if you chose an alternate start instead of going to Helgen to start the main quest (which includes a lot of unvoiced dialogue) you are given a note by a courier about a job opportunity beyond Skyrim borders from the mysterious "friend" (the same one that gives word wall location in the vanilla game) That starts a quest to go to the border to meet a contact. Upon arriving you see the aftermath of a battle and are suddenly knocked out and wake up in the carriage ride to Helgen. This would be an immersive lore friendly way to start the main quest without unvoiced dialogue.
