Great Idea, i'm Having problems though does his idea work for npc's?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get a large dome or sphere with collision on the inside and outside Single mesh, been through all the vanilla nifs and can't find one. dont have 3d max so i cant figure out how to make one Can anybody point me in the right direction or is anybody capable of modelling one I already have a double layered nif file Thanks for reading
