i do not know how to do that, im still very new to modding but id love to learn

does anybody know if there is a skill point uncapper so I can continue to add to my skills after 100? I have looked through many different searches but havnt found anything that seems right. kind of like what FWE let you do in F03

does anybody know if there are any mods on the new Vegas nexus that let you continue your skill points after 100? such as FWE did in fallout 3. E.G Science - 110.
