Im looking for a mod which will allow me to rename pre existing characters within the game and/or kingdom names. Im planning to allow viewers to claim their own character and name factions within a playthrough.. Is there a pre existing mod which will allow this?

I installed Unlimited smithing mod via vortex and the game crashes everytime.. once i pass the launcher, with or without mods installed. any ideas?
