Hello! Im trying to get my first gang outpost in the commonwealth but i noticed that there was no raider tab and i was unable to complete the quest/spawn the signal flag pole through console. Since there are a few posts about this problem all saying its one or two mods at fault I tried uninstalling all my mods but to no avail. Is there anything i could do or try to get forward or is my save just ruined at this point?
