  1. You could always try to recyle your own actor with the commands. Or maybe the showracemenu command can help? As for a more permanent bug fix might want to look at mods if you have any.
  2. I use Frostfall, campfire and iNeed. Can't complain. Frostfall and iNeed will add a tiny bit of weight on your processor.
  3. If I can't uninstall a mod mid play trough it pisses me off as well. I usually delete them permanent if they are not important enough. If you keep adding and removing mods from your save games soon or later it will prob crash. However there is a solution for that. After removing mods if you don't have imediate ctd and your savegame is corrupt your can pretty much fix everything. Just make sure to use fallrimtools or another program to clean your save games every once in a while. This should prevent data of unused mods piling up.
  4. if you don't like skyui annd only want it for the mod menu like me install skyuiaway mod. I had to install skyui warning remove and skyuiflashing savegames fix as well.
  5. After many years of modding experience I have now finally started making a mod of my own. According to a friend of mine the game looks old even with upgraded textures. I honestly kinda doubt that and textures can be upgraded with mods. The models are in the middle ages so if you want to keep the game light you won't be able to update them much even in 2022. Animations can be injected but are starting to reach limit as they can not be implemented into master file. (FNIS and Nemesis have limits at 10-15k animations). People have gotting a bit bored of the core game mechanics. If you consider for modding this is still the best place in 2022 to make game content in the medieval time. If you go to modern time cyberpunk has prob surpassed this game. Overal this game is aging. I am not certain much people will download my mod. So the overall reward for the effort is seriously declining. Thats why there are no new alternatives and might not come either. It might be more rewarding to wait for a new elder scrolls and inject new made mods and models into that game.
  6. I hope you used a mod manager. If you did you can just delete the mod. It might also be in your base game folder wich means you gotta reinstall. I suggest always keep a clean game file stored somewhere else when modding. Mod managers store files away from base game so you can do clean reinstall witout losing your mods. Saves are also stored on other location so they remain as well.
  7. Try reinstalling the base game. For XP32 extended I use the 4.80 version and the XP32 extended fixed scripts version 1.0. You also need FNIS and it's dependencies.
  8. A ctd is coded inside a game save. Your save game is corrupt and can only be used again under the exact same circumstances it worked before. I suggest removing that corrupted save and try to find what is causing it. The smooth cam might have installed files inside your game folder that it did not remove on uninstalling. I suggest you reinstall what you did and look for all the files that you are insalling and their exact positions. Try removing them again. If that does not work try disabling all your mods (except the essential frameworks) and start a clean game save. If that does not work the problem is most certainly present in your game folder. When disabled vorted and skyrim are two completely seperated folders. That should at least tell you in what folder the issue can be found. If the bug is present in your skyrim game folder the only way to certainly get rid of it is trough reinstalling the game file. If you have removed the bug you might still be able to use game saves from before the failed installation (everything saved after is corrupted garbage).
  9. Try disabling the mod. Go into your game and save without the mod active. Use falrimtools to clean your game save. Go into that game save and save again. Enable your mod again. Hopefully that will work. Trying an older save might work too. Try to see if the problem persist with a clean game start. If this is the case one of your mods might be the culprit.
