I actually just found a sword that didn't require thrust. Thank you!

Good Afternoon, Kind of an odd request, but is it possible to remove thrust with swords, like axes? Or block the ability to aim down with swords? I have extremely shaky hands due to medicine, and trying to compensate for it, I always end up pulling down on the mouse to try and stabilize easier, and just end up thrusting when I don't want to. If this is possible, I would truly appreciate it! -Tommy

Found anything on this? It's at the point for me that I can't even get to the main menu with all mods off.
