Basically a rain/mist rain/fog rain (Any vanilla weather rain) will have the same visual sky/clouds of the Rad storm, Green and looking violent. Replacer for Vanilla rain visuals. pls. (The mod Gloomy weather is a good example but I need it to be vanilla like and does not add new weather types as well as change their frequency, in that way it'll only replace any vanilla rain visuals, Performance friendly (as you only add the visual sky/clouds of the rad storm to the rains and it's compatible with Gas Mask of the Commonwealth)
