  1. they both work the same. Legendary doesnt have fewer mods. SE has fewer mods. get SkyUI. dont get BOSS, LOOT is the newest version, it just changed names because it became a completely different program Thanks, I meant SE in my original post, but I'll start out with LOOT and skyui
  2. So Im a long time modded skyrim player who hasnt played in some years and was trying to get back into it, but I havent played any DLC and The legendary edition just came out. Question #1 Should I just get all the DLC since there's way more mods for them or is Legendary edition a better option even though there isnt as much modded content Question #2 I know this gets asked alot, but Are there any optimal lists of mods that are recommended to work well for a good experience? I have to get familiar with all the updated software too (SKSE, LOOT, BOSS). It doesnt need to be immersive or anything, just a good set of mods to add to the game with controller support. I looking into all of this myself, but figured it wouldnt hurt to ask some of you guys cause I've been out of the scene for years. Thanks
  3. I was thinking about that, but alot of mods require custom items that dont have console codes I can find. I just figured out of ALL these mods and hacks, there would be an "Easy craft" kind of mod. Thanks for the input though.
  4. Are there any mods that allow you to just "get" some of the armor and weapons from mods or at LEAST easily give you all the materials to craft them or require no materials? Of course I play some characters and make them earn the mats and craft skills, but I like messing around with OP characters and hate how I still have to work for all the mats to craft the cool modded armors, weapons etc. Someone please tell me if theres an easier way through modding something similar.. .... Off topic, but are there any mods that allow infinite shouting and daily powers? Thanks in advance.
  5. Is there a mod that can take away power cooldowns? I seen them for racials but I want to take away cooldowns from mods too. Like the powers in the Mantis magic mod.
  6. Looking for a way to increase npc levels or at least their overall health making them harder to kill. Im kinda OP, but not because of the mods, mostly vanilla and I dont want to have to make a new character or self nerf. I'm just looking for a much harder experience. Maybe a mod that adds tons of spawns or anything like that. I really enjoy the ninja assassins mod, but they alway kill everyone in the city so I cant use that. Just any mods like those will help. Thank you
  7. Thanks for the reply AND the warning. didnt know about that rule, but it really is a shame nobody has come out with a better scaling mod yet.
  8. Ok I think I mightve modded the game to the point where im TOOO strong, but I still have a lot of leveling to do. So is there a mod that makes almost everyone stronger? Im not looking for insane difficulty where I deal less damage and get hurt more, more so just A LOT more npc health or Higher level npc's. Like have everyone be x2 or x3 their original level. Im lvl 51 and just did a quest everyone I fought was lvl 25 or lower. Thanks
  9. Ok so after a fresh steam install of Skyrim.. I install these mods (in the screenshot) along with skyboost and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5138 Specs: Q9550 @4GHz AMD 6870 BE 4 GB of RAM Windows 7 32Bit Legit Copy of Skyrim I just wanna know whats wrong because it crashes every 10 minutes. Frames are great with no artifacts until crash, usually after I see a dragon, travel or use a shout.
