I have no Ideal but it's driving me nuts

Help please

I have opened the console in Fallout New Vegas to see is the actual button on my keyboard had quit on me, it still works perfectly but when I open my pipboy and try to attach a weapon mod the mod menu won't come up, it isn't greyed out or anything is just won't come up at all no matter what weapon I try to mod.

I've just given up on it, Cass wasn't that useful anyways. Thanks guys!

Is there a mod to bring companions back to life? I have been searching around but I haven't found anything, I have been thinking of using the resurrect command but I read there are issues with it.
