great idea bump

So I decided during my play through I would start executing nobles of enemy factions, I began playing with southern empire, we went to war with the khergit and all was going well, I was executing enemies and gaining negative relations with their clan, but then after a certain amount of executions I began gaining -10 negative relations with EVERY faction in the game. Is there a mod out already that changes this or how easily could I change this myself? Have no experience modding.
