Summary: Mods from vortex are downloading extremely slowly, and I'm not sure why. Downloading them from the browser manually seems to work fine, but when downloading using the collections system (specifically a Cyberpunk 2077 collection) the download speeds rarely go above 2 MB/s, despite consistent speeds much higher than that when using the browser, or testing on other servers/files.
