I'm modifying my Fallout 4,I tried to implement these features by script: 1. Start new game in the institute player's room (and unlock it) 2. Add assigned weapons and outfit in player's inventory at new game. 3. Provide supplies daily(add to SRB cabinet) I spent a few months looking up CK WIKI and sample scripts,But I still don't know how to implement these features with scripts. Can someone teach me how to programming this script,or just give some inspiration? I would be grateful for any help you can give.

I think it looks like the wrong section . should I post it at skyrim creation kit and modders?

I want to add a ability to custom race:active the slow time effect when the enemy is attacking(like quick reflexes perk but not just being actived under powerattack and blocking). How do I achieve this? How should condition function be set?
