It is not clear to me, which is the load order for files outside the .esp and .esm files? All of the files in Data\Meshes, or Data\Texture... Also, are the files obtained by facegen exporting (CTRL+F4 in Creation Kit, used for the Dark Face Bug), which are in Data\textures\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\[name_of_the_esp]\ loaded with the esp related? Or are they loaded like other files outside .esp files? Thanks in advance :)

this. With that and the mods suggested in the description (Imaginator, Climates of Tamriel) you have a quite similar ENB experience with a tiny FPS hit. You can also add the mod "Dynavision" to compensate the lack of Depth of Field.

Back to Morrowind there was a mod which included soundtracks from Conan the Barbarian... may I suggest to try them while facing an army? :-P But returning into topic, an idea would be (if doable) a mod which can use soundtracks from mp3 files in a folder, so everyone could put the wanted music, without the needing to upload it.
