Hello people of the Nexus! Here's my issue: I had noticed that even before I installed any mod, the SPECIAL Bobbleheads didn't work for, I'm talking about the ones that give you a permanent increase in your SPECIAL stats, for instance, I had 3 Luck, picked up the Luck Bobblehead (+1 stat) had the prompts but when I cheked in my pipboy, nothing, remained at 3 instead of 4. So after a while I tried this mod that spawns all magazines and Bobbleheads at your feet and still the same issue, not stat increase whatsoever. My second issue is with my Max AP; When on foot my bar seems to be full but when I enter VATS I'm unable to stack up as many actions as I'm supposed to, I see the red bars on top but they don't go all the way; When I enter Power Armor the gage is at 45% and doesn't go beyond. Please wizards of the Nexus, I need you help! This is driving me crazy!
