  1. Dramatic visual enlightment
  2. I've had this annoying problem for some time now. It doesn't always happen, but I try to look at it as little as possible. I have a suspicion that it might be the torch animation doing this. Is there some way to remove this animation in item browsing?
  3. BOSS. It's a must have program for load orders. I can easily see you have a problem there with Update.esm being after Heartfire.esm. Update.esm should be after Skyrim.esm. I can also see that you are not running the Unofficial Skyrim patches, which are pretty handy as it fixes a lot of bugs. If you are continuing modding with and increasing list of mods, you should look into and TES5Edit and cleaning. BOSS will give you a few pointers if you become interested.
  4. I vote for horses. I'd love it if you included weight into the system. A horse can only comfortably carry so much
  5. There are mods out there that enables you to become drunk, like in Frostfall that I'm using. One problem though is that it hasn't taken the Argonians into account. Traditionally, Argonians have a 100% poison and 75% disease resistance, and with the existence of Argonian Ale, it's clear that Argonians need more alcohol to become drunk. Never have a drinking game with an Argonian
  6. True, but there are lots and lots of parody videos out there who do this, and they do a pretty good job, that is if you aren't too picky on the details and have a sense of humor.
  7. There recently came a mod that made your character occationly speak and there is also a mod that adds naration to reading book out there. An idea popped into my head. Unlike the previous games, you can see exactly what your character speaks in conversations in Skyrim. I was thinking of recording lines for one race only, but the problem is that I haven't completed my first game and it would spoil future runs. Besides, I bet there are many who wouldn't like listening to an amateur "voiceactor". I got a better idea. There is a lot of speech in the game, so you could just cut and paste words. While the lines may not be of best quality, I think it would be an interesting experience, and people could contribute by adding new lines or make better versions of existing lines made. I can see the mod working like this: When you highligh a line in conversation, the corresponding audio file is played and you can click it when your character is done talking. Or whenever you want. What do you guys think?
  8. If you're offended by this, don't download this mod if it is released. Simple as that.
  9. Thinking back to the stranger who hangs around the castle and the abandoned house in Anvil, Oblivion, it's pretty obvious that there is something about him since you can't see his name unlike all the others. Thinking about names, how come your character knows anyone's name, anywhere in Nirn? Here's my mod idea. You can't see people's name unless they introduce themselves to you or they are referred by someone else. It could be simplified to just learning their names by talking to them since not everyone introduces themselves.
  10. Same goes to me. Had freezes casting the first fire and lightning spell you gain learning the destruction perk.
  11. This certainly helped: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?showtopic=1033740
  12. I recently learned how to merge patches using TES5Edit thanks to looking at the Realistic Nights mod page. I have plans for merging more plugins, but what is safe and what is not? Is it safe to merge a main plugin and all it's patches? If not, what about all the patches for one mod? To go a little crazy, can you merge mods together?
