i open the game with the SKse64_loader with administrator privilege but when i enter in the game it says that SKSE64 is not running the mods that are saying this to me are SKYUI and race menu

am trying to run skse64_loader.exe but it's giving me an error REL/relocation.h(717): Failed to locate an appropriate address library with the path: DATA/SKSE/PLUGINS/VERSIONLIB-1-5-97-0.bin
