I found a pretty cool mod list i'm trying to replicate and one of the mods is one called "drifting seeds.esp" and I cannot for the life of me figure out what mod it is! tried googling but maybe i'm being stupid. Please help!

Hey guys, I keep looking up in my skyrim to see this and it's really off-putting. seems to always be centred around where the sun should be. Anyone know what is causing this and if there is a fix. Cheers.
