Thanks for your help, this is why I'm cautious of updates you never know entirely what's going to be changed until after you get it. I think I won't be updating my NMM in the future, learned my mistake.

In response to post #43440950. #43443175 is also a reply to the same post. Yeah, in the folder where they are at I see them, but in the nexus mod manager there's only seven that I see. But like I said, when I try to redownload them, they aren't to my nexus mod manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no solutions.

I updated my Nexus Mod Manager and it deleted all of my mods. Worse yet, when I download my mods it doesn't add to my list. This doesn't make me very happy losing almost of my mods.
