Oops, sorry... Double post.

I am having a very similar problem, I decided that I hadn't played Fallout 3 in a while so I loaded it on my new PC (that I built for Skyrim), I have a few MODs that I use, but have not loaded them yet as I am still in the tutorial stage. The game loads and plays then it just freezes, CTR-ALT-DEL & close game, re-start, then five minutes later, same thing... I've tried "Compatibility Mode", "Run as Administrator" But I have not done any tweaks... (It's been too long I don't remember them) - Tech level - (I'm an old fart, so - Med to Low) :/ Windows 7 Pro - 64 bit Fallout 3 GOTY edition AMD FX-6200 (3.8GHz) Asus Sabertooth 990FX Corsair Vengeance 16 Gigs @ 1600 MHz (4 sticks) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 XFX Black Edition 1000 Watt PSU Nothing is overclocked

I want to upgrade some weapons that I usually use in the game (Increase damage, decrease weight, etc.) I find the item I want, I create a unique file name, the CK duplicates the item with the new file name, but the only thing I can edit is the cost/type/, everything else is "greyed out"... Could really use some assistance, please..

I'd like to see "Tamriel" (sp) and incorporate Skyrim, Morrowind, Hammerfel, Oblivion, heck, ALL the provinces into one "world" type of game. Make it a free-form so you can travel to each and do quests that are unique to each province, or do a main quest which takes you through the whole world. Something to that effect.

This. Seriously what's the fun of playing a character with pretty much everything already? The fun is to evolve and grow more powerful, not having everything at the start. Why don't you add "player.modav [skill] 500" with every single skill in your bat too? What does it matter to you? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but... It's OUR game. If WE would like to play this way, what's the difference? While I respect your opinion, if you don't like it, don't comment. That is one of the points to having a game like this, to play it the way YOU want to...

Question #1 - I'm not sure of the difference between CarryWeight and InventoryWeight, but the fact that they have them, logically means to me that there is a difference... Question #2 - Yes, and I believe that 100 "should" recover them immediately. I haven't done this (yet) so I don't actually know, just trying to assist... ~ Doc

What do I enter in the console to add skill points, without leveling up, so I can distribute them as I see fit? I liked the "bat" file assist, it saves a bunch of time, for me.

This patch (1.3) actually made my game more playable, I also read two articles at GeForce's website on optimizing your PC for games and optimizing for Skyrim... Huge help !!! My FPS went from 20 to 40 on my old AMD dual-core 2.6 MHz rig with a new GTX 560 card on high settings, and nothing is overclocked. I also saved my "save game" files, deleted the game and reinstalled it (before 1.3 was released), I also have some MODs active too. May I suggest you re-optimize your systems and try again, it just seems it cannot ALL be the games fault... Just a suggestion... In the game, I found a silencer for the 10mm pistol, how do I attach it TO the pistol so I can actually use it ??? Is this the same for the other weapon MODs ??? Thanx
