So I was following the setup that the author or RealVision ENB has on his page, but for some reason I am getting missing textures on the edges of ridges in the cave under Helgen's Keep (very very begining) Does anybody know where/how I can fix this? Thanks for your time

The title says it all, I am using the RealVisionEnb and some of the mods that the author recommends, I chose option 1 and I use W.A.T.E.R.S but for some reason I get blinding glare whenever I stare at any body of water. Everything except for the lake goes dark and there are blue and purple beams of light. I'm not really sure what the root of the problems is and what to do, currently travelling is almost impossible. Any and all help is appreciated.
