Sounds like an animation problem. Try reinstall all animations then using FNIS.
-
So you fixed it?
-
What did you install? Also did you active the plugin in either NMM/Skyrim Launcher
-
Its probably mod incompatibilities. Go through each mod and check they work with other mods you have installed.
I would also suggest SKSE memory patch. It may help.
When you say 192 mods do you mean 192 plugins(esm/esp?) or actual mods?
-
ETaC could cause it with all the items that are added. I would recommend adding ENboost along with the SKSE memory patch. You can find a pre ready ini file here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68477/? xD
What the SKSE memory patch does: http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2729
You have a lot of mods, I would make sure they all work with each other and are up to date. I would also recommend a bashed patch guide if you are not sure how to make one here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36189/?
If that crashes are always in the same area then its a mod, if its randomly them most likely skyrim is running out of memory to use and will CTD.

These are the items
Handgun
Personal Ballistic Shield
Cardboard Box
Fatigues(blue urban)
MGO Xp boost.
You can items in game that are better than these or basically the game just look different. MGO isn't even out yet either.

Have you tried loading another save? Sometimes bug can be one of. Maybe one of your mods also changed this, its been years since I played FO3 properly :D
I would also suggest this for your load order http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18173/?
I would also suggest EVE.. EVE is beautiful.. EVE is LIFE
-
They should be fine after install, just follow install instructions. Usually a new save is only needed if you screw up badly or install a gameplay overhaul like Requiem or SkyRE etc, sometimes perk mods can require a new save also, it really depends on how much the mod changes.
If a mod alters the entire mechanic of something (DCO,CWO,BV, Moonlight tales etc) its probably best to create a new save since its changing a LOT.

dD-DG-DB-MonsterMod EBT Patch.esp
dD-Dawnguard-MonsterMod EBT Patch.esp
dD-DG-DB-Immersive Creatures EBT Patch.esp
You only need the 1st and 3rd one.
HothFollower UFO Patch.esp, you dont use UFO so you dont need this.
AMB Glass Variants Lore.esp
Differently Ebony.esp
aMidianborn_Skyforge_Weapons.esp
you have AMDcontent addon you dont need any of these
Removing NPC mods that just add NPCs should be fine but removing mods like 3dnpc and inconsequential NPCs could lead to problems, given they have scripts and so on.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? use this if you remove scripted mods. It should help stop the save bloat after removal, and scripts on your save that no longer exist

- Create a shortcut for SKSE_Loader on your desktop, right click it and run as admin. Since you are using the new NMM I am guessing you need to launch the game through this now. So use NMM to run the game.
-Your load order has nearly every single plugin with a =0 meaning the mod is turned off.
-That is a lot of mods I would go through making sure they all work with each other, CoT may conflict with a few of your RLO.
-LOOT I am guessing also requires to be run through the new NMM(I dont use latest NMM so not 100% sure) since it uses a profile system do that.
-Even with a 980TI, you using a ENB + a grass mod like unbelievable grass two. Unless you have optimized the ENB files for your system and the Skyrim INI files, you are going to have a pretty unstable FPS.
-You can get SKSE from here, http://skse.silverlock.org/ 1.7.3 is the latest version and would recommend using it along with its memory patch(Requires you to create a SKSE INI for it and type the correct code into the file)
-I see you also have real shelter, make sure you run its tes5edit program for it. (Always run this once load order has been changed, added or removed) Same goes for dual sheath redux.
-Would also recommend a bashed patch from wyre bash.
RealisticWaterTwo - Legendary.esp=0you have this along with realistic water two dawnguard etc, legendary includes all DLC. -
Quick question @DuskDweller, its not important enough to create a thread for one question, obviously with 0.60, it reinstalls all mods in NMM that are activated, and if you were on a recent version of NMM it will remember options from scripted installers. However does it reinstall them from date activated? like you activated a mod on the 1/1/2015/22:20 then a mod on 1/1/2015/22:22, will it install the 22:20 one then the 22:22 one and so fourth

Use a necklace mod to hide the neck seam?
-
Nevermind what I said I clicked the wrong link :D (Feels stupid for not reading the forum this is in)
With Dying light you need to manually remove the mods then verify game cahce
-
Have you tried applying the memory patch for NVSE? Maybe try load order sorting, if not sure how to do this, use LOOT.
http://forum.step-project.com/topic/4490-memory-patch-has-been-ported-to-nvse/
-
Here they are here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/users/166658/?tb=mods&pUp=1
NOTE: They are just mesh edits, not textures. They are default amours just edited for the UNP body.
-
Try removing all map mods, then readd them, if you use darnui make sure its installed correctly, sometimes NMM gives errors with old oblivion mods. Try using OBMM to install.
Also make sure you do archive invalidation.
-
Then FPS will = -100

The ENB I believe, well too me it looks like it could either be a custom setup, FeverNB or possibly TK ENB, it could also be Kountervibe. To be honest its hard to tell what ENB that is because there is so many, just try a lot and you will find the one you like. Imaginator shouldn't be used with ENBs.
For the wood, it could either be Amidianborn or RUSTIC Farmhouses, as before there is so dam many off them it could be one of the thousands out there, could be part of a big pack, person made them, or a small hidden gem etc.
Just have a look around, from the top of the Nexusmods to the bottom and you will find what you want. It took me almost a year to get the perfect setup.
If you are looking for a few ENBs, I've tested a lot and I would recommend these enbs, I would use them along with Relighting Skyrim and ELE (Don't use that mod with ELnFX or RLO or RCRN)
Grim and Somber ENB
Vividian ENB
FeverNB
Kountervibe ENB
Serenity ENB
Ruvaak ENB redone, haven't tested but it looks great, seen a lot of screenarchers recommend it.
A lot of people get good setups come from deep INI edits to the Skyrim INIs and ENBs ini and telling your driver software like nvidia control panel to do certain things for tesv.exe
Anyway good luck finding what you need

In response to post #25911623. #25912083, #25912599 are all replies on the same post.you made me want a chippy saying that >_>Aurasoma wrote: With FO4 and TES6 I'm not surprised. We're just lucky Steam also isn't doing a free weekend or the Nexus would be hammered into little peaces.Keleigh3000 wrote: Maybe not free, but Steam has all Fallout titles on sale for 40-50% off.Audley wrote: Yea with the base games being about as expensive as a bag a chips and a drink... and the Ultimate Edition being only about 10$, they are practically giving them away. :P -
Had this before its a skeleton/animation issue

Well immersive sure does get mods a lot of endorsements, giving that a majority of all mods that are high rated/downloaded (Except from Unofficial patches and SkyUI) have either "Realistic" "Immersive" "HD" or it all in one name :D
http://i.imgur.com/2u6JoiU.png
also immersive is a catchy name. Immersive also to many people means to drag you into another state, like you are living inside the world.

Odd, this is a new one for me anyway :P
What I could think of is deleting textures for the females which is here
textures: E:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Textures\actors\character\female (Location may vary for each person for install, but should always be within the steamapps folder)
You could also try deleting the female mesh "E:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\characters female" see if that fixes it.
Also it is just Elves? (Just wondering as all screenshots are elves) if so, then it could be a elven mod causing this.
If this doesn't work, I could only think of a fresh install. By deleting the entire Skyrim folder (Main folder) so it removes everything and then uninstall through steam and re-download it again. Since you said you uninstalled every character modification that touches females. All I can think of as a last resort.

Looks like a parallax issue for the textures. You may have the parallax setting set to true in the ENBlocal.ini and that is what could cause this if you don't have the proper meshes to support this.
Try this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63456/?
or you could try turning this to false "FixParallaxTerrain=false"
EDIT: more screenshots could help, of a different angle and/or if this is happening to any other terrain take a screenshot and post it here as well, I'm sure it is a parallax issue though. Had something like this before.
Hallelujah! Setting FixParralaxTerrain to false in the enblocal.ini fixed it. Thanks for the quick reply.
Nice, glad you fixed it
In game vrs texture packs?

No 60fps is fine. I would keep Vsync on if you are able to stay at a high fps (above 40) and disable the fps clamp.
Did you run archive invalidation invalidated from NMM?(tool section) toggle it off and on every time you install a new texture that replaces existing
Make sure you have AA and AF enabled as well. Can be done in the launcher or in game I believe.
