The Gain Item mod already lets you do this (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/254). It lets you add any quantity of any item you want. Simply go to the REFramwork UI for the mod, type Seeker Token in the search field, enter in the quantity you want, the press the Get button.
