It's started on my last play through so I thought maybe it was my mods causing it so I uninstalled Fallout 4, uninstalled the mods, reinstalled the game, and then started a new game. Now that I started a new game and went through without mods..I still have no audio through the radio..only when I use the workshop radio. The ones that are already in the game work fine.

I'm not sure what is causing this. I uninstalled every mod, verified files, and I even reinstalled Fallout 4. I can't seem to figure out why I'm not getting any sound from workshop radio. I did try to console command fix her. Such as recycleactor, reset her, and disable and reenable. I even tried to kill her but the sound stuck to her even when she was dead.

I'm not sure what is causing this sound on her. It sounds like sizzling or something cooking but the sound is coming on her. I tried uninstalling mods and seeing if that would work, and even verifying the files. I did try going to my old save files before the issue, it worked but then after awhile it came back again.
