I think a cool mod overhaul that would completely change the game would be to have a hell of a lot more radiation zones in the game. Like a lot. Obviously settlement locations would be secure. However add a bunch of new armor and gas masks that negate this. Alter the vanilla armor stats to be more radiation negating. Make the gas masks a must when the player is in these zones that encompass the commonwealth. Also have NPC's equip masks when in these zones. For easiness that would likely go unnoticed by many players just give all npc's a gas mask and unlimited filters and they equip the masks when in these zones. This would prevent them all from killing themselves. Make your gas masks health play to how well it negates radiation. Increase how easy it breaks when you get shot in the head. This way it would be as if getting shot in the head broke your mask, exposing you to the radiation. But add, like the Metro series, a filter system, make them uncommon and expensive. Combine this with some weapon mods, and graphic mods and you could have one hell of a post apocalyptic play-through.

Did all this ran TES5Edit and ENBoost and it says I'm all good to go. My main save still crashes every 15 or so seconds but I started a test save that lasts about 5 minutes. but still repeat crashes

So I could definitely use some help. I've tried fresh installs and everything but after about 30 seconds or so my game will always freeze or crash. I've Bash Patched my mods for leveling list incompatability but I'm still confused as to why this occurs the following are my specs Amd FX 9370 Eight Core Processor Installed Memory: 16GB Windows 8 x64 AMD Radeon R9 200 Series I have a very light mod list and can't think of any conflicts. Sam, I've only recently heard about Rochebere but I would love to contribute. Not actual creation wise because I'm quite lack luster there but Voice Acting wise I accel. I'm 17 and would love to contribute to the voice acting of this mod. For the children or anything you may have.
