For people coming to this at later times, make sure you have SSE Engine Fixes and AnimationLoadSignedCrash is AnimationLoadSignedCrash = True Other wise you will crash if you have animation mods installed even with Animation Limit Crash Fix SSE, which means you'll have to uninstall Animation limit crash fix.

The mod already exists for LE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91566 I also was curious, and found it. Sadly it has not been converted to SE (I assume due to scripts) I do believe it is available on xbox https://bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4125195 So it might be possible to convert.

It always bothered me that at the start of a vanilla start, they leave everyone wearing the same stuff besides for you and the dude that gets shot (drawing a blank on the name). Especially when downloaded immersive armors, then Ralof has a full set of steel with some nice claws on it.So mod that replaces everybody who is a prisoner in that scene with the same clothes your wearing? Although, it is only at the very beginning of the game if you aren't using the Alternate start mod if it is a few changes and easy to do could someone do it?
