  1. You can, but if you ever need to re-install FO4 or Steam (or if Steam updates and just feels like it) the auto-update feature will re-enable. You'll want to right-click FO4, go to Properties, then Updates, and set it to "Only update this game when I launch it". From then on, so long as you launch FO4 through F4SE (either by NMM or pointing Steam to the F4SE file instead of FalloutLauncher.exe) the game won't update since it "didn't launch properly". Bug? Feature? Yes.
  2. From what I'm finding while trying to roll-back my files (joke's on me for thinking Steam would sync my settings between installs) the other most-common file to get messed with is Data/Fallout 4 - Interface.ba2. Looks like it got "updated" as well based on the modify date this time around. Edit -- ninja'd by chuck.
  3. Chances are you'd have to build the script with Location1 and 2 set up in the script properties; so SancLoc for 1, wherever you want them to go to as 2, using the Location associated with the settlement you want to send them to (you can right click a cell and edit it to see which location is associated with it, although most are pretty self-explanatory). No idea where you'd throw the WorkshopCaravanKeyword though; I'd assume on the actors that are taking part in the caravan, but I've been wrong before. If Bradberton's got Nuka raiding enabled (sorry, being typical end user and not reading desc before downloading, heh) I *think* it's the WorkshopLinkedBuildAreaEdge keyword you'd put on the WorkshopBorder and linking to the workbench. And it'd just enable the raider vassal stuff.
  4. Also all exterior settlements here, but I had my locations pointing to xMarkerName instead of the MapMarker. i'll edit back if things are still börked. Edit: Things are no longer börked, that did the trick, thanks speedy & Blah!
  5. Both of them are keyworded, going to load it and edit back after checking the linkedrefs. EDIT: I got MapMark -> xMarkSettlementname and that's it; nothing linking those two to the wb. Second one had a few other errors (forgot to link sandbox, map was pointing to unnamed xMarkerSpawn) that I just fixed now that I'm looking for problems instead of Void™. Changes I made now have it a image of the first location but since neither show it's moot.
  6. Searched, couldn't find my answer, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Workbenches work, locations work, settlers appear and can be assigned, just can't make the locations show up if you're trying to select them as a destination. So no Supply Lines to but you can seemingly make them from. Any ideas?
  7. Nothing doing; I'm not seeing any WorkshoplinkBs at all on my LinkedRed options. Jumps from AttackMarkerWater to CaravanEnd. I'll edit back if I find something. EDIT: Having looked at Sanc, should be WorkshopLinkEDBuildArea. Doh; I swear I was firing with half a cylinder last night. Should've checked the vanillas first. Got the DefaultEmptyTrigger down and linked, trying to get one of Bethsoft's prebuilt build border fences linked up.
  8. I doubled back and realized I put the initialization in the quest that needed to be initialized. Whoops. Got it working now. Hate to keep you all in the dark, but there's a few more locations that need to be added in the meanwhile. Also, I'm not finding the WorkshopLinkBuildArea keyword in base FO4; did it get depreciated or just moved to a DLC?
  9. Aah, alright. I thought I swapped all the location names out, but if the cell names all have to match too, that'd explain it. I'll pester ya'll some more if things continue being wonky.
  10. Cheers all, Anyone have the steps for multicell settlements anywhere? I'm looking to do some bug squashing on a regular CW location, noticed the recruitment beacon only works if it's in the same cell as the workbench. 0 happiness while we're at it, so I think I messed something up along the way, I can throw the file to anyone who thinks they can help.
