No neck in my Modded Armor and helmet

So i'm a complete newbie to Modding and have about 1~ h of Experience in G.E.C.K and about 5min in FNVEdit. My problem is a Flying Helmet or Missing neck. I think it's because i don't know how to find the meatneck and meathead textures for my armor or they just don't exist. Any idea why my Character is basically Decapitated? Any help would be extremely nice. I can't attach a Screenshot because it's 6mb, sorry
