I'm assuming you have a retail copy - if that's the case then just follow these instructions. Hopefully that helps. If it's a pirated copy - then you're on your own.

Maybe post up your mod list? :) You could always try seeing if it will run without any mods, if it does then try activating one plug in at a time and seeing which one is breaking your game. I've done that before (just using the plugins section on NMM so I don't have to uninstall the mods themselves). It could also be that you have too many mods for your computer to handle or something broke along the way.

You can use BOSS for the load order. Maybe try uninstalling your animations, running FNIS for users (data/tools), install your animations again, run FNIS again.. and then try?

If you're on Steam, have you tried to verify the files? It kind of looks like you're missing a texture.

It may be a follower mod or a mod that adds something in. I've had that happen when I had a certain follower mod up - anytime I looked in their direction my Skyrim would scream at me. You may want to try your mods one at a time (carefully).

So I decided to switch from NMM to Wrye Bash and have been learning as I go. I got to installing all my mods (a lot of them) and got to the last bit of making sure everything was in order, cleaning the files that should be cleaned and anything else that had popped up. Working my way down the list of mess-ups, Skyrim started and played fine (No crashes on start up or even further in on a clean save).. Then I installed the Immersive Armour and Weapons mod and noticed an error of it missing "Spike.esm." (Which is weird, because I thought it came with it?). So I uninstalled and re-downloaded the files, then re-installed them with Wrye Bash. Ran boss again and suddenly I have "checksum" on all my mods. Every single one. And I still don't have the SPIKE.esm. So.. Problems: Checksum (Do I have to re-download ALL my files again.. or will installing them all over again work?) Spike.esm missing - solved. :D UFO compatibility patches (though I have the ultimate for UFO..) BOSS Log: Edit* Uninstalled my mods, did a verify on Steam and I'm still getting the Checksum error. >_<!~

Have you tried starting a new game, saving and then loading into your other save? I've had to do that before when BOSS played around with my load order. Also look to see if there's any mods that need to be cleaned, etc. Or maybe one of the unrecognised ones are in the wrong order?

So I've been following a couple of guides (found here and here) on how to create a custom Follower and it's been going pretty well. I've run into a small problem though, neither of the Guides say how to get your Follower to wear a Custom piece of armour from the beginning. If I want to put my follower into my friend's game and have her sit at an inn for him to find, with that custom armour on.. not just in her inventory? I'm just looking for a guide or something to point out the steps, something like that.. anything like that, actually! Also, I wanted to ask if there's a way to condition the Follower only to appear after the Dark Brotherhood's "second" home has been refurnished. Or if it would be fine just to toss her in there, would that create any issues? Thanks :)

So I know there's always a lot of posts about load orders. I've tried my best to help my friend and it's totally not working out because I don't have half the mods he does and I don't even know where to get some. I'd like to get it fixed for him before he tries erasing his entire game and re-modding (yet again). We've tried him using BOSS and while the program works for me.. it doesn't work for him, it -always- messes his load order and CTD's him when he's starting up. He does like the complicated things like animations and things that I know nothing about. So while I do have more than 200+ mods in my own game, they are mostly textures and clothes (and I can use BOSS). Any help would be appreciated. This is his load order. Alright, so.. I do have another question! I finally got the Follower made (The basics, anyways) and she is in my game, able to follow and such. The only problem I have now is that her head is quite wonky than what it's supposed to be. I did an "SPF" of what she's supposed to be and the hair shows up in the creation kit as well as her face. When she goes into the game however, the head she has doesn't match her skin colour and is way too big for her body. Not to mention the sliders don't look the same. I did the Ctrl + 4 to get the .nif and .dds file for her as well. Oh also, she is crashing a friend's Skyrim on startup (as mine is too modded to test her out at the moment, so he is my guinea pig). Is there something I should be doing, for files to give him and such? We made sure he had the hairs, eyes, race and the bodytype she was using.

I'd like to request a Werebear texture mod. :) There are already wonderful werewolf texture mods and I know one covers a bit of the werebear, but what I'm looking for is something to look a bit scarier and panic inducing. Something you'd want to run away from, like the werewolf mods we have now.
