could someone make a mod that lets you add as many mods to guns as you want like guns with 2 mod limit instead have 3 so you can add scope bigger clip and silencer

so i allways wanted to overhaul the game make it look amazing and add loads of new stuff but i cant get it to work EVER ill get a few mods installed and there will be missing textures and it will crash so can somone help me? maybe lend me their data folder?
