HAVOK: Weapon 'BASE xxx.nif' doesn't have any Havok data on it. I want to export model to Fallout 3. How do I fix this problem?

I want to post some inventory image and message icon to Fallout 3 items. I try to study how to do it by open exist files. But they only had the write color. How do them work?

But I can't get my custom characters' facegens(I create some NPCs by GECK). I press "Export NPC Face Textures". But I didn't see "MyPluginName.esp" generate(So I guess this is not working). I download this program before. It seems that it can replace SaveGame's player face. I want to use Fallout 3 facegen to replace some Oblivion NPC's facegen. I don't sure...is FaceGen Exchange can export files from GECK?

I want to get my own character facegen and use it for another character(From Fallout 3 to Oblivion). What should I do?
