It's his mod he can do what he wants. He is mad at paid mods from Creation Club. The best thing you can do is to message him about it, use a different tattoo mod, or make your own. I like that mod too but sadly he took it down so I can't download it again.

Then I don't know what could be causing this. It could be your doing something wrong I don't know, but you can just download a different mod manger to see if that works. If that does not work then your doing something wrong.

Have you tried to redownload, and install Nexus Mod Manger?
