  1. The skill points question is valid, I've tried using the variables from FO3 and checking in the GECK, but i think its in a script now, but don't know. If someone could help us with the skill points that would be great.
  2. Can someone make a quick mod to reduce the skill points upon leveling and multiplier based on int?
  3. Can someone look into balancing the Caravan card game system? It seem very cheat friendly, I can go to the vendors buy all the stuff and in a quick swoop of three / four hands I get my money back. Or just wait the 3 days and clean them all out and make a killing. Proposed: Increase the cards value to like 4000 for 10's 6's Q's K's and J's, and scale down other cards. Eliminate the starter deck and make it required to buy the cards. Reduce all caravan slash vendors caps to a meager level 200 ish or so caps. *I've never seen a NPC use a Jack on my cards.* Secondary: Remove all caravan dialog, removing it from game.
  4. I'm sure someone already has realized the potential of FNV with the faction, but to greatly expand on it. High Level Summary: There are capture points(Towns, Caravan dealers, Manufacturing Plants ECT) Caravans could be used to ship the supplies that are generated from capture resource wells E.G. as weapons, armor manufacturing, water, chems ETC. The manufacturing places once captured could make these resources and use the caravans to ship them to the Faction HQ, allowing for caravan high-jacking. Manufacturing facilities could be upgraded with caps made from faction's budget, as well as towns maybe road, guards, power lines, water pipes ETC. Towns could be taken over and each town could have a unique resource, like Good Springs for water, Helios-one for your electricity ETC. Factions would actively fight each other for resource and attempt control the entire map and occasionally factions that have been pushed out of a HQ will come back from off the map to try to capture a foothold and try to expand again. Just a pipe dream.
